Faebelle creates handmade jewelry and carefully inspects each piece before it is shipped.
Because our pieces are individually prepared and inspected before dispatch, Faebelle does not accept returns based on a change of mind, personal preference, or an order the customer simply no longer wishes to keep.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that appears to be damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact Faebelle within 48 hours of delivery.
To allow us to properly evaluate the situation, please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the jewelry.
- Photographs of the packaging when the issue may have occurred during shipping.
Please do not return an item before contacting Faebelle and receiving instructions.
2. Review of Claims
Each claim is reviewed individually.
After reviewing the information provided, Faebelle will determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances. Where appropriate, the resolution may include:
- A replacement of the affected item; or
- A refund.
A resolution will not be issued automatically solely because a claim has been submitted.
3. Shipping Damage
If an item appears to have been damaged during transportation, please contact Faebelle first rather than initiating a separate claim with the postal service or DHL.
We will review the available information and determine the appropriate next steps.
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Faebelle does not accept returns for:
- Change of mind.
- Personal preference.
- Incorrect choice of item.
- An item the customer simply no longer wants.
5. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under the applicable laws of the customer’s jurisdiction.
